Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Long Island Sound 4
Restoration and Stewardship Reauthorization Act of 5
2025’’. 6
SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF LONG ISLAND SOUND PRO-7
GRAMS. 8
(a) L
ONGISLANDSOUNDGRANTS.—Section 119(h) 9
of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 10

ONGISLANDSOUNDSTEWARDSHIPGRANTS.— 3
Section 11(a) of the Long Island Sound Stewardship Act 4
of 2006 (33 U.S.C. 1269 note; Public Law 109–359) is 5
amended, in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by strik-6
ing ‘‘2019 through 2023’’ and inserting ‘‘2025 through 7
2029’’. 8
(c) T
ECHNICALAMENDMENT.—Section 119(g) of the 9
Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1269(g)) 10
is amended by redesignating paragraph (4) as paragraph 11
(3). 12
