3232 (1) in the section heading, by inserting 7

3434 RURAL OR’’ before ‘‘HIGHLY’’; 8
3535 (2) in subsection (a)— 9
3636 (A) by inserting ‘‘rural or’’ before ‘‘highly’’ 10
3737 each place it appears; 11
3838 (B) in paragraph (2)— 12
3939 (i) by redesignating subparagraph (B) 13
4040 as subparagraph (C); 14
4141 (ii) by inserting after subparagraph 15
4242 (A) the following new subparagraph (B): 16
4343 ‘‘(B) County veterans service organiza-17
4444 tions.’’; and 18
4545 (iii) by adding at the end the fol-19
4646 lowing new subparagraph: 20
4747 ‘‘(D) Tribal organizations.’’; 21

7676 ‘rural’ and ‘highly rural’ have the meanings given 18
7777 those terms under the Rural-Urban Commuting 19
7878 Areas (RUCA) coding system of the Department of 20

8080 (4) in subsection (d), by striking ‘‘$3,000,000 22
8181 for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2022’’ and in-23
8282 serting ‘‘such sums as may be necessary’’. 24
