and declarations of war no later than 10 years after
the enactment of such authorizations or declarations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Accountability for 4
Endless Wars Act of 2025’’. 5

(a) F
UTUREAUTHORIZATIONS FOR THE USE OF 4
M
ILITARYFORCE ANDDECLARATIONS OFWAR.—Any au-5
thorization for the use of military force or declaration of 6
war enacted into law after the date of the enactment of 7
this Act shall terminate on the date that is 10 years after 8
the date of the enactment of such authorization or declara-9
tion. 10

XISTINGAUTHORIZATIONS FOR THE USE OF 11
M
ILITARYFORCE ANDDECLARATIONS OFWAR.—Any au-12
thorization for the use of military force or declaration of 13
war enacted before the date of the enactment of this Act 14
shall terminate on the date that is 6 months after the date 15
of such enactment. 16
