| 41 | 41 | | ‘‘(1) shall be credited to— 12 |

| 42 | 42 | | ‘‘(A) the appropriation, fund, or account 13 |
|---|
| 43 | 43 | | used in incurring the obligation; or 14 |
|---|
| 44 | 44 | | ‘‘(B) an appropriate appropriation, fund, 15 |

| 45 | 45 | | or account currently available for the purposes 16 |
|---|
| 46 | 46 | | for which the expenditures were made; and 17 |

| 47 | 47 | | ‘‘(2) may only be used by the Department of 18 |
