ESIGNATION.—The facility of the United States 5
Postal Service located at 28 East Airy Street in Norris-6
town, Pennsylvania, shall be known and designated as the 7
‘‘Charles L. Blockson Post Office Building’’. 8

(b) REFERENCES.—Any reference in a law, map, reg-1
ulation, document, paper, or other record of the United 2
States to the facility referred to in subsection (a) shall 3
