To amend the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize the
program relating to lifespan respite care, and for other
purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Lifespan Respite Care 4
Reauthorization Act of 2025’’. 5

Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300ii–4) is amended by striking 4
‘‘fiscal years 2020 through fiscal year 2024’’ and inserting 5
‘‘fiscal years 2025 through 2030’’. 6
