8484 Section 41001(6)(A) of the FAST Act (42 U.S.C. 2

8686 (1) in clause (iii), by striking ‘‘or’’ at the end; 4
8787 (2) by redesignating clause (iv) as clause (v); 5

8989 (3) by inserting after clause (iii) the following: 7
