13	13	To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to modify
14	14	work requirements under the supplemental nutrition as-
15	15	sistance program, and for other purposes.
16	16	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
17	17	tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
18	18	SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
19	19	This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Let’s Get to Work 4
20	20	Act of 2025’’. 5
21	21	SEC. 2. SNAP WORK REQUIREMENTS. 6
22	22	(a) I
23	23	NGENERAL.—Section 6(o) of the Food and Nu-7
24	24	trition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2015(o)) is amended— 8
25	25	(1) in paragraph (2), in the matter preceding 9
26	26	subparagraph (A), by inserting ‘‘, or, in the case of 10

31	31	sponsibility for a dependent child, 6 months (con-2
32	32	secutive or otherwise),’’ before ‘‘during which’’; 3
33	33	(2) in paragraph (3)— 4
34	34	(A) in subparagraph (A), by striking 5
35	35	clause (ii) and inserting the following: 6
36	36	‘‘(ii) over 60 years of age;’’; 7
37	37	(B) in subparagraph (C), by inserting 8
38	38	‘‘under 6 years of age’’ before the semicolon at 9
39	39	the end; 10
40	40	(C) in subparagraph (G), by striking ‘‘or’’ 11
41	41	at the end; 12
42	42	(D) in subparagraph (H), by striking the 13
43	43	period at the end and inserting ‘‘; or’’; and 14
44	44	(E) by adding at the end the following: 15
45	45	‘‘(I)(i) responsible for a dependent indi-16
46	46	vidual; and 17
47	47	‘‘(ii) married to, and resides with, an indi-18
48	48	vidual who is in compliance with the require-19
49	49	ments of paragraph (2).’’; and 20
50	50	(3) in paragraph (6)— 21
51	51	(A) in subparagraph (B), by striking ‘‘(I)’’ 22
52	52	and inserting ‘‘(H)’’; 23
53	53	(B) in subparagraph (C), by striking ‘‘(G) 24
54	54	and (I)’’ and inserting ‘‘(F) and (H)’’; 25

69	69	16(h)(1)(E)(ii)(I) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 11
70	70	(7 U.S.C. 2025(h)(1)(E)(ii)(I)) is amended by striking ‘‘3- 12
71	71	month period’’ and inserting ‘‘3-month or 6-month period, 13
72	72	as applicable,’’. 14
73	73	SEC. 3. WORK REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLIC HOUSING AND 15
74	74	TENANT-BASED RENTAL ASSISTANCE. 16
75	75	(a) P
76	76	UBLICHOUSING.—Section 3 of the United 17
77	77	States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 1437a) is amend-18
78	78	ed by adding at the end the following: 19
79	79	‘‘(e) W
80	80	ORKREQUIREMENTS FOR FAMILIES.—The re-20
81	81	quirements described in section 6(o) of the Food and Nu-21
82	82	trition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2015(o)) shall apply with 22
83	83	respect to any individual who— 23
84	84	‘‘(1) is a member of a family residing in a pub-24
85	85	lic housing dwelling; and 25

90	90	under paragraph (3) of such section.’’. 2

92	92	ENANT-BASEDRENTALASSISTANCE.—Section 3
93	93	8(o) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C. 4
94	94	1437f(o)) is amended by adding at the end the following: 5
95	95	‘‘(22) W
96	96	ORK REQUIREMENTS FOR FAMILIES .— 6
97	97	The requirements described in section 6(o) of the 7
98	98	Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2015(o)) 8
99	99	shall apply with respect to any individual who— 9
100	100	‘‘(A) is a member of a family receiving ten-10
101	101	ant-based assistance; and 11
102	102	‘‘(B) is not exempted from those require-12
103	103	ments under paragraph (3) of such section.’’. 13
