155 | 155 | | to the regulations, policies, and procedures of the 17 |

156 | 156 | | Administration under this Act that impact Native 18 |

157 | 157 | | Americans; 19 |
---|
158 | 158 | | ‘‘(v) identify priorities and provide advice on 20 |

159 | 159 | | appropriate strategies for Tribal consultation on 21 |
---|
160 | 160 | | issues under this Act at the Tribal, regional, or na-22 |
---|
161 | 161 | | tional level regarding the Administration; 23 |
---|
162 | 162 | | ‘‘(vi) ensure that pertinent issues of the Admin-24 |

163 | 163 | | istration under this Act are brought to the attention 25 |
