218218 N GENERAL.—The Secretary and the Di-7
219219 rector, in consultation with the heads of Federal 8
220220 agencies, shall establish requirements to ensure that 9
221221 the information to be posted under subsection (b) 10
222222 that is posted by a Federal agency or component of 11
223223 a Federal agency is complete and accurate. 12
224224 ‘‘(2) F
225225 EDERAL AGENCY RESPONSIBILITY .—The 13
226226 head of each Federal agency or component of a Fed-14
227227 eral agency posting data under subsection (b) shall 15
228228 ensure that the data is complete and accurate. 16
229229 ‘‘(3) A
230230 UTHORITY TO VERIFY ACCURACY .—The 17
231231 Secretary and the Director may verify that the data 18
232232 posted under subsection (b) by a Federal agency or 19
233233 component of a Federal agency are complete, accu-20
234234 rate, and consistent. 21
235235 ‘‘(d) D
236236 ISPLAYSTANDARDS.—The Secretary, in con-22
237237 sultation with the Director, shall ensure that the heads 23
238238 of Federal agencies that post information under sub-24

247247 Secret Spending Act of 2025, and not less frequently than 5
248248 once every 2 years thereafter, the Secretary, in coordina-6
249249 tion with the Director, shall— 7
250250 ‘‘(1) assess and make a determination with re-8
251251 spect to which Federal agencies and components of 9
252252 Federal agencies are required to post information 10
253253 under subsection (b); 11
254254 ‘‘(2) publish a list of the Federal agencies and 12
255255 components of Federal agencies determined under 13
256256 paragraph (1) on the website established under sec-14
257257 tion 2(b)(1); and 15
258258 ‘‘(3) provide to the head and inspector general 16
259259 of each Federal agency or component of a Federal 17
260260 agency included on the list published under para-18
261261 graph (2) written notice of the inclusion of the Fed-19
262262 eral agency or component of a Federal agency on the 20
263263 list.’’. 21

265265 FFECTIVE DATE.—The amendments made 22
266266 by paragraph (1)(A) shall take effect on the date on 23
267267 which the Secretary publishes the first list under 24
