165 | 165 | | enacted legislation described in subsection (c); 10 |

166 | 166 | | (B) train judges, court personnel, health 11 |
---|
167 | 167 | | care and legal professionals, and law enforce-12 |
---|
168 | 168 | | ment officers to more accurately identify indi-13 |
---|
169 | 169 | | viduals whose access to firearms poses a danger 14 |
---|
170 | 170 | | of causing harm to themselves or others by in-15 |
---|
171 | 171 | | creasing the risk of firearms suicide or inter-16 |
---|
172 | 172 | | personal violence; 17 |

173 | 173 | | (C) develop and implement law enforce-18 |

174 | 174 | | ment and court protocols, forms, and orders so 19 |

175 | 175 | | that law enforcement agencies and the courts 20 |
