2626 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘No Student Loans for 4
2727 Campus Criminals Act’’. 5

3737 OAN FORGIVENESS.—Notwithstanding any 5
3838 other provision of law, an individual described in 6
3939 paragraph (3) shall not be eligible to have any cov-7
4040 ered loan, or a portion of such loan, forgiven, can-8
4141 celled, waived, or modified under the Higher Edu-9
4242 cation Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1001 et seq.) or 10
4343 under any other Executive Order or action of the 11
4444 Department of Education. 12

4646 OAN RECEIPT.—Notwithstanding any 13
4747 other provision of law, an individual described in 14
4848 paragraph (3) shall not be eligible to receive a loan 15
4949 made under part D of title IV of the Higher Edu-16
5050 cation Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1087a et seq.). 17

5353 scribed in this paragraph is an individual who is 19
5454 convicted of any offense under any Federal or State 20
5555 law related to the individual’s conduct at and during 21

6666 (A) a loan made, insured, or guaranteed 1
6767 under part B, D, or E of title IV of the Higher 2
6868 Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1071 et seq.; 3
6969 1087a et seq.; 1087aa et seq.) before, on, or 4
7070 after the date of enactment of this Act; or 5
7171 (B) a loan under the Health Education As-6
7272 sistance Loan Program under title VII of the 7
7373 Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 292 et 8
7474 seq.) made before, on, or after the date of en-9
7575 actment of this Act. 10

7777 NSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION .—The 11
7878 term ‘‘institution of higher education’’ has the 12
7979 meaning given that term in section 102 of the High-13
8080 er Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1002). 14
