2727 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Protect Our Military 4
2828 Families’ 2nd Amendment Rights Act’’. 5

3636 Section 925(a)(3) of title 18, United States Code, is 5

3838 (1) by inserting ‘‘or to the spouse of such a 7
3939 member’’ before ‘‘or to’’; 8
4040 (2) by striking ‘‘members,’’ and inserting 9
4141 ‘‘members and spouses,’’; 10
4242 (3) by striking ‘‘members or’’ and inserting 11
4343 ‘‘members, spouses, or’’; and 12
4444 (4) by striking ‘‘member or’’ and inserting 13
4545 ‘‘member, spouse, or’’. 14
4646 SEC. 3. RESIDENCY OF SPOUSES OF MEMBERS OF THE 15
4747 ARMED FORCES TO BE DETERMINED ON THE 16

5151 Section 921(b) of title 18, United States Code, is 20

5353 ‘‘(b) For purposes of this chapter, a member of the 22
5454 Armed Forces on active duty, or a spouse of such a mem-23

5656 ‘‘(1) the State in which the member or spouse 25
5757 maintains legal residence; 26

6868 The amendments made by this Act shall apply to con-8
6969 duct engaged in after the date that is 180 days after the 9
