SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Fairness in Veterans’ 4
Education Act of 2025’’. 5

(a) I
NGENERAL.—Section 3327(f)(3) of title 38, 4
United States Code, is amended by striking ‘‘together’’ 5
and all that follows through ‘‘(as applicable),’’. 6
(b) E
FFECTIVEDATE.—The amendment made by 7
subsection (a) shall take effect on August 1, 2025. 8
