CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
Extending the life of the Joint Congressional Committee
on Inaugural Ceremonies.
Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives 1
concurring), 2
SECTION 1. REAUTHORIZATION OF JOINT COMMITTEE. 3
Effective from January 3, 2025, the joint committee 4
created by Senate Concurrent Resolution 34 (118th Con-5
gress), to make the necessary arrangements for the inau-6
guration of the President-elect and the Vice President- 7
elect of the United States, is continued with the same 8
power and authority provided for in that resolution. 9

SEC. 2. USE OF CAPITOL. 1
Effective from January 3, 2025, the provisions of 2
Senate Concurrent Resolution 35 (118th Congress), to au-3
thorize the use of the rotunda and Emancipation Hall of 4
the Capitol by the Joint Congressional Committee on In-5
augural Ceremonies in connection with the proceedings 6
and ceremonies conducted for the inauguration of the 7
President-elect and the Vice President-elect of the United 8
States are continued with the same power and authority 9
provided for in that resolution. 10
