18 | 18 | | Whereas, since 1925, the League of Oregon Cities has— |

19 | 19 | | (1) played a pivotal role in advancing municipal gov- |

20 | 20 | | ernance, promoting best practices, and fostering collabo- |

21 | 21 | | ration among cities, thereby enhancing the quality of life |

23 | 23 | | Bandon to Baker City, Medford to Mosier, and Pendleton |
