JOINT RESOLUTION
Providing for congressional disapproval of the report of en-
hancement or upgrade of sensitive foreign military re-
lated to a sale to the Government of Israel of certain
defense articles and services.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives1
of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
That the following proposed foreign military sale to the 3
Government of Israel is prohibited: 4
(1) The sale of the following defense articles 5
and services described in Transmittal No. 25–0C, 6
submitted to Congress pursuant to section 7
36(b)(5)(C) of the Arms Export Control Act (22 8
