JOINT RESOLUTION
Providing for congressional disapproval of the proposed
export of certain defense articles to Israel.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives1
of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
That the following proposed export to Israel is prohibited: 3
(1) The export of the following firearms, parts, 4
and components controlled under Category I of the 5
United States Munitions List in the amount of 6
$1,000,000 or more and described in Transmittal 7
No. DDTC 23–085, which was submitted to Con-8
gress pursuant to section 36(c) of the Arms Export 9
Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2776(c)) and communication 10
