RESOLUTION
Condemning the rejection by the United States of a United
Nations resolution condemning the illegal invasion of
Ukraine by the Russian Federation.
Whereas the Russian Federation first invaded Ukraine ille-
gally in 2014 and further expanded that illegal invasion
in 2022: Now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That the Senate condemns the rejection by 1
the United States of United Nations General Assembly 2
Resolution A/ES–11/L.10 (2025), titled ‘‘Advancing a 3
comprehensive, just and lasting peace in Ukraine’’, con-4
demning the illegal invasion of Ukraine by the Russian 5
Federation. 6
