U.S. Customs and Border Protection Relocation Act or the CBP Relocation ActThis bill requires the Department of Homeland Security to relocate the headquarters of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (including the functions, personnel, and real assets of the headquarters) to Texas no later than January 1, 2026.
Border Wall Waste Accountability ActThis bill requires the Government Accountability Office to report to Congress on the total cost of unused construction materials that were obtained for construction of a U.S.-Mexico border wall from January 20, 2021, through January 20, 2025.
This bill directs the Department of Homeland Security to publish, by the 15th day of each month, the number of known or suspected terrorists, and individuals whose identities are included in the Terrorist Screening Database, encountered attempting to enter the United States during the immediately preceding month.
