1016 9 This bill supplements or reduces appropriations otherwise provided for the support and
1117 10operation of state government for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2023
1218 11and appropriates funds for the support and operation of state government for the fiscal year
1319 12beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024.

2026 19 This bill appropriates ($5,393,200) in operating and capital budgets for fiscal year 2023,

3745 36Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
3846 37 Section 1. FY 2023 Appropriations. The following sums of money are appropriated for the
3947 38fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2023. These are additions to amounts
4048 39otherwise appropriated for fiscal year 2023.
4149 40 Subsection 1(a). Operating and Capital Budgets. Under the terms and conditions of
4250 41Title 63J, Chapter 1, Budgetary Procedures Act, the Legislature appropriates the following sums of

307-299 coursework ); and 3) provide interpreting services for deaf and
308-300 hard of hearing students (target: maintain a highly qualified and
309-301 100% certified interpreting staff and achieve 100% delivery of
310-302 properly requested interpreting needs).
311-303 The Legislature intends that the Division of Finance
312-304 transfer the FY 2023 closing nonlapsing balance from the
