| 27 | 27 | 22Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah: | |
| 28 | 28 | 23 Section 1. Section 23-19-50 is enacted to read: | |
| 29 | 29 | 24 23-19-50. Year round hunting permit for bison. | |
| 30 | 30 | 25 (1) Subject to the requirements of this section, the division shall issue a 365-day permit | |
| 31 | 31 | 26to an individual to take or pursue a bison through any legal means if: | |
| 32 | 32 | 27 (a) the taking or pursuing occurs on land that is not covered by a bison management | |
