Section 13-1-8 is amended to read: 26 13-1-8. Annual report. 27 (1) [The] Before October 1 of each year, the department shall prepare and submit to the *HB0547* H.B. 547 02-22-23 12:32 PM - 2 - 28governor and the [Legislature by October 1 of each year an annual] Business and Labor Interim 29Committee a written report of the operation, activities and goals of the department, [its] 30including the department's divisions[,] and agencies, for the immediately preceding fiscal year. 31 (2) Except as provided in Subsection (3), for the department and each of the 32department's divisions and agencies, the department shall include in the written report: 33 (a) the total amount of: 34 (i) funds appropriated by the Legislature during the immediately preceding fiscal year; 35 (ii) restricted account funds available; 36 (iii) revenue received during the immediately preceding fiscal year; and 37 (iv) expenditures made during the immediately preceding fiscal year; 38 (b) the percentage change in revenue over the immediately preceding two fiscal years; 39and 40 (c) a description of each set fee that changed during the immediately preceding fiscal 41year and the amount of change. 42 (3) The report described in Subsection (2) does not include: 43 (a) the Division of Public Utilities; or 44 (b) the Office of Consumer Services.
