43	44		Section 1. Section 58-28-604 is amended to read:

49	50		(a) Except as provided in Subsection (1)(b), a licensee under this chapter may only

51	52		practice under a veterinarian-client-patient relationship as defined in Section

55	56		(b) Notwithstanding Section 58-28-102, when a veterinarian employed by the

57	58		Department of Agriculture and Food issues a veterinary feed directive to a beekeeper

59	60		who is registered in accordance with Section 4-11-104, a veterinarian-client-patient

71	73		(ii) in conducting the inspection under Subsection (1)(b)(i), the inspector works in

73	75		conjunction with the veterinarian employed by the Department of Agriculture and

77	79		(2) A veterinarian-client-patient relationship may not be established solely by telephone or
