351353 (i) formed by the Legislature to study or oversee subjects of legislative concern; and

353355 (ii) that is required by statute or legislative rule to have a chair who is a legislator.

355357 (d) "Legislator" means a member of either chamber of the Legislature.

357359 (e) "Professional legislative office" means the Office of Legislative Research and

359361 General Counsel, the Office of the Legislative Fiscal Analyst, the Office of the

361363 Legislative Auditor General, or similar office of the Legislature.

363365 (2)(a) Except as provided in Subsections (3) and (4), a professional legislative office

365367 shall provide each legislative committee's staff support, regardless of whether statute

369371 (b) Unless a legislative committee's enacting statute or legislative rule names a particular

663665 (15) "Workforce programs" means education or industry programs that facilitate training
