Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That 15.2-107.1 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:
15.2-107.1. Advertisement of legal notices on websites.
In addition As an alternative to any requirements that a locality advertise legal notices in a newspaper having a general circulation in the locality, such notices may also instead be published on the locality's World Wide Web site website.
