| 31 | 31 | Notwithstanding any other provision of law, general or special, any local government land use application required for the siting of a data center, as defined in subdivision A 43 of 58.1-3506, shall only be approved for areas that are one-quarter mile or more from federal, state, or local parks, schools, and property zoned or used for residential use. |
