RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, the Senate Concurring, That a committee, consisting of the Governor or his designee, the Speaker of the House of Delegates, the President pro tempore of the Senate, the Clerk of the House of Delegates, and the Clerk of the Senate, be established for the purpose of commissioning a portrait of Governor Glenn Youngkin for display in the Capitol; and, be it
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the committee so constituted be authorized to expend for the portrait and its frame, out of the contingent fund of the General Assembly, a sum sufficient.
