1519 WHEREAS, Charlotte Hall Hutt, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother and an active and enterprising member of the Montross community, died on March 5, 2024; and

1721 WHEREAS, Charlotte Hutt cofounded Hutt Realty with her husband, Daniel, and served as a realtor for more than 30 years, bringing her exceptional knowledge of the Northern Neck and the surrounding areas to bear for the benefit of her clients while also supporting her colleagues as a member of the Northern Neck Board of Realtors; and

1923 WHEREAS, Charlotte Hutt worked together with her husband, Daniel, in managing several local food endeavors, including their family's country store in Neenah, the Neenah Packing tomato cannery, and Hutt Produce; and

2125 WHEREAS, guided throughout her life by her faith, Charlotte Hutt was a leading member of the congregation at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Nomini Grove, where she enjoyed worship and fellowship with her community over many years; and

2327 WHEREAS, preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Daniel, Sr., Charlotte Hutt will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by her children, Daniel, Jr., Jane, and Linda, and their families and by numerous other family members and friends; now, therefore, be it

2529 RESOLVED by the House of the Delegates, the Senate concurring, That the General Assembly hereby note with great sadness the loss of Charlotte Hall Hutt, a treasured member of the Westmoreland County community whose kindness and generosity touched countless lives; and, be it

2731 RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to the family of Charlotte Hall Hutt as an expression of the General Assembly's respect for her memory.
