Commending Coastal Grill.
Agreed to by the House of Delegates, February 17, 2025
WHEREAS, Coastal Grill is a beloved restaurant in Virginia Beach that has created exceptional and memorable culinary experiences for the community over more than 35 years; and
WHEREAS, established in 1989, Coastal Grill serves an array of regional seafood and traditional American fare and has built a reputation locally for its soft shell crabs, tuna, steamed mussels, and rotating specials; and
WHEREAS, Coastal Grill is committed to using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, enabling it to consistently deliver delicious and satisfying meals that keep its customers coming back time and again; and
WHEREAS, the extraordinary food and service at Coastal Grill is only enhanced by the restaurant's warm and welcoming ambiance, making it a cherished spot for family and friends to gather to share a meal; and
WHEREAS, Coastal Grill has received recognition both locally and nationally over the years, which serves as a testament to the visionary leadership of its owners, the tireless efforts of its staff, and the generous support of the Virginia Beach community; and
WHEREAS, Coastal Grill's dedication to excellence and exemplary service has helped to make Virginia Beach a wonderful place to live, work, and enjoy a meal; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Coastal Grill hereby be commended for its impact on the culinary landscape and community of Virginia Beach; and, be it
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Coastal Grill as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for its contributions to Virginia Beach and the Commonwealth.
