| 23 | 29 | | WHEREAS, for nearly a half-century, Wilson Shannon provided insightful and uplifting spiritual guidance to the congregations he served, while demonstrating a steadfast commitment to promoting academic development in the community; and |

| 25 | 31 | | WHEREAS, after serving as pastor of Shalom Baptist Fellowship Church in Richmond for 12 years, Wilson Shannon led First Baptist Church Centralia in Chesterfield County for 33 years, where he contributed greatly to the church's growth and success and its ability to make a lasting and meaningful impact on the lives of others; and |
