1719 WHEREAS, Clarence Stewart Preston, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who passed away recently, left behind a legacy of love and dedication to his family and community; and

1921 WHEREAS, born and raised in Stafford County, Clarence Preston grew up farming alongside his brother and later served his country in the United States Air Force as an airplane mechanic; and
