| 31 | 31 | Any local government land use application required for the siting of a data center shall only be approved if such application is for a data center located on property classified by local ordinance for industrial use. This section shall only apply to such local government land use applications submitted on or after July 1, 2025. "Data center" means the same as that term is defined in subdivision A 43 of 58.1-3506. |
