That the Department of Medical Assistance Services (the Department) shall amend 12VAC30-122-460 of the Virginia Administrative Code to remove the limitation that consumer-directed services employees employed pursuant to community waiver services for individuals with developmental disabilities shall work no more than 16 hours per day. The Department shall seek all necessary federal approval to effectuate such change. |
