3535 A. It is the public policy of the Commonwealth that, independently of the requirements of the Constitution of the United States, individuals posses the right to access contraception as set forth in Griswold v. Connecticut, 381 U.S. 479 (1965) and Eisenstadt v. Baird, 405 U.S. 438 (1972).

3737 B. Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection A, no one shall be compelled to provide contraceptives if such rejection is based upon religious or conscientious objection.
