It is the public policy of the Commonwealth that, independently of the requirements of the Constitution of the United States, individuals posses the right to access contraception as set forth in Griswold v. Connecticut, 381 U.S. 479 (1965) and Eisenstadt v. Baird, 405 U.S. 438 (1972). | |
