1519 WHEREAS, Kate G. Doyle Feingold, a distinguished public servant and community leader, concluded her tenure on the Fairfax City Council on December 31, 2024; and

1721 WHEREAS, Kate Doyle Feingold was born in North Carolina, lived around the world with her military family, including Ohio and Germany, and has been a resident of Fairfax City since 2013; and

1923 WHEREAS, Kate Doyle Feingold holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and political science from New York University, a juris doctor degree from George Washington University, and a doctoral degree in criminology, law, and society from George Mason University (GMU); and

2125 WHEREAS, Kate Doyle Feingold served her country with honor and distinction in her capacity as a prosecutor, public defender, civil law officer, and special assistant United States attorney with the United States Marine Corps; and
