| 21 | 25 | | WHEREAS, Grover Wilson was an enterprising and hardworking entrepreneur who found success as the founder and longtime owner of Wilson's Towing, as well as in various other ventures such as farming, logging, electrical work, and automotive repair; and |

| 23 | 27 | | WHEREAS, Grover Wilson dedicated 18 years to the health, prosperity, and well-being of Orange County as a valued member of the Orange County Board of Supervisors; and |
