1721 WHEREAS, in his professional career, David Dillow found success working as a manager for multiple institutions, demonstrating an extraordinary ability to lead others; and

1923 WHEREAS, David Dillow was an engaged and supportive member of the Bland County community and made a difference in countless lives through the various sporting organizations he established and maintained over the years; and

2933 RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly hereby note with great sadness the loss of David Eugene Dillow, whose legacy of stewardship and service to Bland County inspired all who knew him; and, be it
