1321 WHEREAS, Charlotte Hall Hutt, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother and an active and enterprising member of the Montross community, died on March 5, 2024; and

1523 WHEREAS, Charlotte Hutt cofounded Hutt Realty with her husband, Daniel, and served as a realtor for more than 30 years, bringing her exceptional knowledge of the Northern Neck and the surrounding areas to bear for the benefit of her clients while also supporting her colleagues as a member of the Northern Neck Board of Realtors; and

1725 WHEREAS, Charlotte Hutt worked together with her husband, Daniel, in managing several local food endeavors, including their family's country store in Neenah, the Neenah Packing tomato cannery, and Hutt Produce; and

1927 WHEREAS, guided throughout her life by her faith, Charlotte Hutt was a leading member of the congregation at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Nomini Grove, where she enjoyed worship and fellowship with her community over many years; and
