4040 Statement of purpose of bill as introduced: This bill proposes to change the 10
4141 percentage of local option tax revenue distributed to a municipality from 70 11
4242 percent to 80 percent and to appropriate any surplus in the PILOT Special 12
4343 Fund proportionally to the municipalities that generated revenue for the 13
4444 surplus. The bill proposes to direct JFO to draft a report on moving to a 14
