| 34 | 34 | | (2) provide information, materials, and guides for the creation and 6 |

| 35 | 35 | | administration of common interest communities, including matters related to 7 |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | organization, governance, budgeting, conflict resolution, transparency, and 8 |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | rights and responsibilities for homeowners and associations; and 9 |

| 38 | 38 | | (3) ensure the information required by this subsection is made available 10 |

| 39 | 39 | | online in a user-friendly format and at no cost to the public. 11 |
