| 35 | + | the burden of proving abuse by a preponderance of the evidence. 6 |

| 36 | + | (c)(1) The court shall make such orders as it deems necessary to protect the 7 |

| 37 | + | plaintiff or the children, or both, if the court finds that the defendant has 8 |

| 39 | + | (A) there is a danger of further abuse; or 10 |
