36 | 36 | | pursuant to this section shall keep a true and accurate record of all employees 7 |

38 | 38 | | (1) For each employee, the record shall include: 9 |
---|
39 | 39 | | (A) the name of the employee; 10 |
---|
40 | 40 | | (B) the address of the employee; 11 |
---|
41 | 41 | | (C) the hours worked by the employee; 12 |
---|
42 | 42 | | (D) the wages paid to the employee; 13 |
---|
43 | 43 | | (E) the employee’s rate of pay; and 14 |
---|
44 | 44 | | (F) the classification of the employee; the licensed trades shall supply 15 |
---|
45 | 45 | | proof of classification of journey workers and indentured apprentices. 16 |
---|
46 | 46 | | (2) The records described in subdivision (1) of this subsection shall be 17 |
---|
47 | 47 | | submitted weekly by U.S. mail or electronic mail to the State agency 18 |
---|
48 | 48 | | overseeing the construction project. The records shall be accompanied by a 19 |
---|
49 | 49 | | signed statement from the employer or subcontractor verifying the accuracy of 20 |
---|

58 | 58 | | by the Commissioner of Labor or the Attorney General at any reasonable time 4 |
