2020 It is hereby enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Vermont: 15
2121 Sec. 1. 21 V.S.A. § 4 is amended to read: 16
2222 § 4. DUTIES AS TO EMPLOYMENT AND PAYMENT OF WAGES 17
2323 (a) The Commissioner or the Commissioner’s agent shall make 18

2929 employment of minors and the weekly payment of wages are being complied 1
3030 with and for such purposes may enter any place where persons are employed. 2
3131 (b) The Commissioner or the Commissioner’s agent shall publish 3
3232 information on the enforcement actions taken by the Department of Labor’s 4
3333 Wage and Hour Program concerning minimum wage, overtime, prevailing 5
3434 wage, and child labor. The information shall be published in a searchable 6
3535 format on a publicly accessible website. The identity of complainants shall be 7
3636 excluded, as well as information that is more than six years old. 8
3737 Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE 9
3838 This act shall take effect on July 1, 2025. 10
