| 20 | 20 | | (a) The General Assembly approves the annexation of property by the 15 |

| 21 | 21 | | Village of Swanton within the Town of Swanton, as set forth in this act. The 16 |

| 22 | 22 | | Board of Trustees of the Village approved the annexation of the property on 17 |

| 23 | 23 | | September 11, 2023. 18 |

| 24 | 24 | | (b) On April 7, 2023, the Village of Swanton became the owner of the 19 |

| 25 | 25 | | property located at 124 First Street in the Town of Swanton. The property is 20 BILL AS INTRODUCED H.364 |
