(B)Limestoneconsistingessentiallyofcalciumcarbonateora combinationofcalciumcarbonatewithmagnesiumcarbonatecapableof neutralizingsoilacidity. (8)(9)“Grade”meansthepercentageoftotalnitrogen,available phosphorusorphosphoricacid,andsolublepotassiumorpotashstatedin wholenumbersinthesameterms,order,orpercentagesasintheguaranteed analysis.Specialtyfertilizersandfertilizermaterialsmaybeguaranteedin fractionalterms.Anygradeexpressedinfractionaltermsthatisnotpreceded byawholenumbershallbeprecededbyzero. (16)“Plantinoculant”meansaproductconsistingofmicroorganismsto beappliedtotheplantorsoilforthepurposeofenhancingtheavailabilityor uptakeofplantnutrientsthroughtherootsystem. (2)Itisdistributedunderthenameofanotherfertilizerproduct,plant amendment,plantbiostimulant,orsoilamendmentbeneficialsubstance. (3)Itcontainsunsubstantiatedclaims. (4)Itisnotlabeledasrequiredinsection365ofthistitleandin accordancewithrulesadoptedunderthischapter.
