(d)Creationofresourceguide.Infiscalyear2026,inadditiontoanyother fundsappropriatedtotheVermontSustainableJobsFundProgram,thereis appropriated$100,000.00fromtheGeneralFundtotheProgramforpurpose ofcreatingadefinitivebusinessresourceguidedirectedtowardssmall businesses.Thefundsshallsupportthecreationofamagazine-styleannual guidefeaturingprofilesofVermontbusinessserviceorganizations,an interactivewebsitethatservesasthedigitalhomefortheguide’scontent,and anartificialintelligenceplatformthatcomplementsthewebsitebyincluding events,grants,programs,andeducationalcontent.Theguide,website,and artificialintelligenceplatformsupportedbytheappropriationmadeinthis subsectionshallbecompletedonorbeforeDecember1,2026.
