| 16 | 16 | | kindergarten to eighth grade. Under the bill, physical activity is defined as |

| 17 | 17 | | participation in exercise, sports, recreation, wellness, or fitness activities. The bill |

| 18 | 18 | | specifies that physical activity may occur during recess, physical education class, |

| 19 | 19 | | school-sponsored athletics, or any other school-sponsored activity. |
