| 26 | 26 | | (1) PROJECT POSITIONS FOR THE OFFICE OF SCHOOL |

| 27 | 27 | | SAFETY. The authorized FTE positions for the department |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | of justice are increased by 14.2 project positions, to be |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | funded from the appropriation under s. 20.455 (2) (gr), |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | for the purpose of supporting and enhancing school |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | safety initiatives for the period beginning on January 1, |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 2025, and ending on October 1, 2025. |

| 33 | 33 | | SECTION 3m.0Effective dates. This act takes effect |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | on the day after publication, except as follows: |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | (1) PROJECT POSITION FUNDING SUNSET. The treatment |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | of s. 20.455 (2) (gr) (by SECTION 1m) takes effect on |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | October 1, 2025. |
