Legislation
2023 Wisconsin Act 260 is remedial legislation introduced by the Law Revision Committee, at the
request of the Department of Justice (DOJ). The act adds, to the definition of an employee in the service
of the state crime laboratories, a division administrator.
Effective date: March 31, 2024
